what time is it?

alice_ayers' apartment and I cannot locate a device that will tell me the correct time. There are many time-meters, but they say:
computer: 7:28 PM
desk clock: 12:00
alarm clock: 11:32 AM
my cell phone: 12:25 PM
kitchen clock 11:49 AM
what time is it PLEASE????
