(Fionn is very into kissing people lately. He wakes up, leans over the side of the crib, and repeats "kiss mama, kiss mama" until I get up and walk over, he plants a kiss with a sound smack on me. He also has a complicated relationship with his teddy bear, whom he alternately kisses and hits while saying "ow, ow")

I once saw a home video of S. when he was two or three, that was so adorable: he had a baby doll, which he kissed tenderly on the lips, and then put it in its pram and rammed the pram into a wall over and over.
