I forgot to write before--the night before going to the market, I had a long and baroque dream that I only remember small parts of, but one moment in it had me weaving through rabbit cages, set up in a row with two doors, going in through one door, leaving through the second one, leaving the doors open behind me, the rabbits escaping and disappearing into the grass.

Lovely!

It reminds me of the film Innocence.

I'd never heard of it, but it looks like something I would liek.

For some reason your icon reminds me of "Howard's End"

Oh, I highly recommend "Innocence". If you appreciate films like "Picnic at Hanging Rock", "Céline et Julie vont en Bateau" or "Fanny & Alexander", you'd enjoy it. Ravishing cinematography, mysterious storyline, flawlessly natural performances. It's a film that will quietly haunt your mind for a long time.

It's interesting that you should mention "Howard's End". Do you remember the scene of Vanessa Redgrave walking through the garden at night? That's similar in mood to "Innocence". If you want to see a no-spoiler preview, this might do.

such an atmospheric photo. i love how the water goes from being all soft and blurry to sharp and in-focus.

i don't know much about cameras/photos/etc but does the pic look antique-y because you are using a holga? or because of something else?

thanks! and I shot this with my DSLR, not holga--the effect is mostly the processing, although because of the light it was a pretty ethereal photo from the get-go.
