things are chaotic, sometimes in a delightful way, sometimes in a pointless and frustrating way. we just moved into our house this week...there is random, haphazardly assembled furniture, and a baby who is an agent of Discordia (all hail).

Aw, sweet of you to ask. I am presently coming out of the funk that is my stack of straight-job rejections, deciding I don't want to choose between love and money, and into the hopefulness of planning in increasingly concrete terms how I will live here as an urban farmer/essayist and still be able to afford fancy cheese from time to time. I'll say more when I know more. In the meantime, cross your fingers for me. Also, this week I am going to Big Sur with my love-honey and I am so so so bouncy with excitement. Road trip!
