is full of luminescent spiderwebs, hovering over garden walls, floating between tree branches. They look like old, scratched records, enveloped in a humming of rainbow shimmer, and when the sun lurches behind the clouds, become invisible--abracadabra!--and then the spiders suddenly look like lone cosmonauts in free flight.

I would really love to visit that area right now. I've never been anywhere in Europe (outside of airports) other than Spain and part of Germany.
