I've been considering a very specific tattoo, nearly as intricate as your own, but living here in the distant North it's hard to find a good artist you trust. I might go forever without what I want in that respect, I guess. Glad you found an artist who could do such amazing work...

Ah - I'll keep it in mind. For some reason I was assuming you'd had it done overseas, but then, with how healed it is, the fact that you got it in Boston makes sense.

Can't see myself in Boston for a couple of years, though, unfortunately. Believe it or not, my travel's planned that far in advance right now.

I think I didn't do a good job of describing what I had in mind (except, apparently, to the tattoo artist, who did exactly what I wanted). When theophile saw it he said it was a much more intense tattoo, and more massive, than he had envisioned it being.
