Sand, Swamps, and Babies

1. saw the giant ephemeral sand sculptures at Revere beach







2. did a photoshoot with a beautiful baby and a lovely family









3. fell in love with a swamp

wow, those sand sculptures are awesome! way surpassed my expectations.

also, not that this is any of my business but what is that family? 2 men, a teenage girl and a baby? Or a young mom, dad, and grandpa? I am so bad at guessing ages.

the family is: a woman, two men, a teenage girl, a 10-year old boy, and a baby. the woman and the 10-year old are not pictured.

In trying to convince some of my kids it would be worth the trek to Revere, I showed them pictures of the sand scuptures, found on the web. The actual scuptures then ended up being rather disappointing.

Playing in the water was nice, though.

We've been passing a swamp at least 5 times a year for five years on our way home to visit family. I've always wanted to stop and take pictures of it and put together a seasonal collage, but we've never actually stopped (partially because it's off of a busy road). This inspires me to finally take a picture!
