me: did I tell you that I had this total insane brainfever thing where I just lay on the futon and my entire dissertation appeared to me in lolcat macros?

apropos: OMG that is amazing!
me: it was weird

apropos: I CAN HAZ ALTERITY?
me: yeah pretty much
me: I wasn't really in control of it, it was more like the stuff that goes through your head right as you are falling asleep
me: except I didn't fall asleep, I just was exhausted
and this went on for a while

apropos i had that but with buffy scripts instead of lolcats for my thesis
me: that is awesome. how did that go?

apropos: it was so baroque i couldn't remember it when i regained consciousness
but it was like a fusion of the dramaturgical structure of a buffy season arc with anthropological theory
me: mine was like im in ur culture commodiying ur past
