I bought one of those super-high-tech scales that says it measures your body fat percentage. Apparently it does so by sending some bioelectrical currents through your body? Which kind of freaked me out upon reading it in the manual. Is this really harmless? Or is this one of those things that will not withstand the test of time, like ephedra and Duck & Cover?

1)a meal
2)a nap
3)the bathroom
4)a shower
etc.
