I was watching the state of the union at the laundromat, and as soon as I got home I wanted to post basically this exact thing. But I see you beat me to it.

I suspect this is some coded message like the whole "justices who would have voted against the Dredd Scott decision" thing as top-secret code for anti-abortion. Could he be referring to some particular kind of biotech research he doesn't like that involves inserting human genes into other organisms (though that criterion would encompass almost all of it...)?
