lapsedmodernistso i have been in relaxed mode ever since i got to north carolina on thursday. it's been soooo nice. it's so good to see andi, and it's so warm and quiet and even when i go to a bar called Hell i have no fear of running into any of satan's little helpers.
it's just been very chill, my first night we polished off a bottle of jameson between the two of us with some other things in the mix, then vegetated the next day watching buffy and cheers, andi made the best cream of asparagus soup, for which i must get the recipe and the detailed instructions. i think she should open a soup shop, she was talkig about doing that, and her motto should be "i am going to wash your mouth out with soup!" the idea for today is to shoot some arrows and maybe go to a used bookstore/thriftstore, but at the moment she is sleeping like a baby and i am playing on the internet.
also i painted my nails for the first time in like a year. i forgot how much fun painted fingernails could be.
