I surfed over through my friend judithskiss (http://www.livejournal.com/users/judithskiss/), who got me started on the whole blogging thing some years ago. Incidentally, have you heard from her at all? Last I knew, she was in Asheville, NC, but I seem to remember that she had spent some time in New Orleans and I haven't heard anything from her in months... she's probably just busy living, though.
