just in time, now that all boat rescue operations have been suspended b/c of the looting, which is the subterfuge for the fact that apparently our federal government is incapable of getting water to the people who are going to start dying soon.
Maybe this is all just the neocon strategy to show how inept the Federal Government is, to pave the road for privatization of every public aid sector.

Doesn't this all seem like some kind of 17th-century scenario? A city slowly but surely flooding, days away from a cholera breakout.
