A few days ago I read that the offices of George Soros in Moscow were raided by 50 camouflage-clad, machine-gun wielding thugs, who took all the computers and records. The article was in "Pravda" which has transformed from the "official" Party Line newspaper of the Soviet Regime into a sensationalist publication of the same name, on par with, let's say, The New York Post. "Pravda" mentioned that the "hit" was a result of a lease dispute with the building owner. That is not out of the ordinary in post-"racket" of the early 90s business m.o. in Russia, so I did not make too much out of it, but seeing as it's Geoge Soros, the anti-Bush billionaire, I filed it away in my head. When The Moscow Times reported the story, they included the following statement from the Open Society lawyer: "Kuzmin said he believed the men were off-duty employees of Russian law enforcement and security agencies and that some were armed with stun guns. He said that police had ignored the organization's appeals for intervention and that the foundation was planning to ask prosecutors to investigate the raid." Today I read several more articles that are all coalescing into one big ball of "hmmmm." I'm just going to list a few facts here:
1) George Soros and partner committed $5 million to MoveOn.org, with Soros telling the press that "ousting Bush is the central focus of my life."
2) George Soros is part of the Carlyle Group, which is kinda like the Illuminati in the age of globalization, and has close ties to and membership overlap with The Cabal.
3) Bush Sr. recently resigned from the Carlyle Group shortly after paying a visit to Putin in Sochi (it must be noted that Kissinger came along on the trip as well), and shorly before the Khodorkovsky arrest. Bush stated that the visit was of a "private"/nonpolitical nature, but here is a little tidbit from The Moscow Times : "You name it and market players were buzzing Thursday about the real reasons behind the former American leader's visit -- an $18 billion play by U.S. oil giant ChevronTexaco for a blocking stake in the new Yukos-Sibneft combo? The launch of a $500 million private tie-up between Alfa Group and Pentagon-connected Carlyle Group? Divvying up the hydrocarbon resources of postwar Iraq?" I think it's also interesting that he took off on his sojourn to Russia after an equally "private" visit with the Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah, right around the time the Crown Prince visited Russia to "help strengthen" Russia-Saudi relations, in light of the expected Saudi $60 billion investment in Russia, and the planning of an energy accord to strengther cooperation in petrolium and gas sectors between the two countries. Additionally, here is an excerpt from a story that ran in The Nation in March 2000, called "Bush of Arabia" by David Corn and Paul Lashmar:

4) Khodorkovsky, the Russian "Yukos" oil tycoon, imprisoned by Putin several weeks ago for planning to subzidize opposition parties in the upcoming election, was an investment advisor to the Carlyle Group, along with Platon Lebedev, another Russian tycoon imprisoned by Putin.
5) Finally, as the piece de resistance, check out this piece entitled "Carlyle Group versus Halliburton feud (New World Order squabbles)Russian oil : Did Dick Cheney just kick Richard Perle and Kissinger in the teeth?" (scroll to the bottom of the linked page). Perle and Kissinger in bed with Carlyle and Yukos. Bush Sr. hastily fleeing that particular bed. Very illuminating.
So....who is screwing whom? Where is rift? Between Carlyle members and the Cheney wing of The Cabal? Between Russian internal political interests and US economic interests? In the muck of the US/Russia/Saudi Arabia uneasy triangulation? Alliances are shifting. And, as usual, it's all about oil.
