caffeinate me!

i actually had a long, full night's sleep today. i dreamed that i wanted to go into outer space and had to go through all these sci-fi-spy-flicks type trials, including escaping from a subway stop that was shaking as if from an earthquake and eating 6 different weird flavors of ice cream (it was not as much fun in the dream as it would seem to signify in reality). but then someone started shaving my head and that's when i quit because i wanted to keep my hair (which was bright orange with blonde roots in the dream), and i ended up with bangs.

school starts today. i have registration and a meeting with my advisor during the day, i have to track down my boss because i want to start working ASAP, being broke sucks. then at night i have my first class up at columbia, i still have to figure out where the class is being held.

rain in my room seems to have subsided, but that's not on the account of the landlord fixing anything, but just because it's like 85 degrees today.
