Nov. 28th, 2003 02:24 pmOkay, update to the coda of the last entry. It's not a cute little mouse. It's a rat. Pnts thinks it's cute and she is taking pictures of it as I am typing, ironically telling it to "say cheese."
Here is the problem at hand: The rat is stuck to the glue pad. A drawstring to Pnts' nice expensive travel bag is stuck next to the rat. What do we do? This is like a logic problem from hell. Please adivise. Pnts will post pictures soon on her photolog.

Date: 2003-11-28 03:43 pm (UTC)anyway, my suggestion is to get the rat drunk. when it falls asleep, as rats inevitably do when they've had a few (rats are known to be lightweights), free the poor drawstring from its unhappy situation. then get a nice box and poke some air holes in it. put the sleeping rat in the box and wrap it all nicey-like. make sure you put a bow on it. then address it to your scumlord and leave it someplace where he'll find it monday. possibly attached to your rent. tell him that something bigger and deader will come with the rent each month until the doors are fixed, the rats are gone, whatever.
by the way, i like your new icon.
happy t-day you two!

Date: 2003-11-29 06:34 am (UTC)what no one seems to understand is that nothing will affect my slumlord, not negative conditioning, not legal threats, not calling Fox Problemsolvers. he is a man WITH NOTHING TO LOSE and those are dangerous kinds of people.
