I just got back from the rainforest and my arms are covered in bites. I think these little spiders bit me. Either that or the lemon ants. I hate insects. Also this bird, fuck, I am blanking on what it's called in English, but it's the one with the irridescent eye on the tip of its feathers, you know the one I am talking about? Pheasant? Peacock? Anyway, it stabbed me in the nose, and during an interview a monkey shat on my informed consent form.

Also the four-wheel on the ride from Cotacocha to Puyo had no shocks to speak of, but excellent radio reception. Believe me when I say I wish it were the other way around. But since it wasn't, at least I get to share with you the songs that I listened to until I begged for the radio to be turned off:
